IVMS 4200

REMOTE INSTALLS FLOW

  1. Go over SOW at least 1 day prior to install
  2. Speak with 3rd party tech about SOW before they get on site, make sure they know what they will be doing. Send them the link to the saved Subcontractor- Install Info form and go over what pics are needed and that they need to fill out the form and submit it
  3. Speak with 3rd party tech when they arrive on job site.  Go over equipment list to make sure everything is there.  Do a “walkthrough” where all equipment is going so they can ask any questions before they start the install
  4. Follow up with them every couple hours to make sure they don’t have any questions and see how things are going
  5. Once they get the NVR hooked up do an Assist session so you can forward ports and set up the NVR network IP settings to match whatever they have onsite.
  6. Have them plug the Gateway device and make sure it’s online
  7. Once they have the alarm installed put it on test in 1stop, have them send a couple alarm signals to verify its communicating and then activate it with AvantGuard
  8. Approve the aiming of each camera with the 3rd party tech.
  9. Add the NVR and cameras to the VMS once all the cameras have been installed.
  10. Make sure tech has all equipment installed and approved by you along with SAVI stickers in all the doors and drive thru windows and has cleaned up before letting them leave the job site.
  11. Receive and then approve the Subcontractor- Install Info form
  12. Fill out the Subcontractor- Install for Savi Tech and Subcontractor- Device Info for Savi Tech forms.
  13. Approve forms
  14. Follow the TRELLO checklist to make sure all information is correct in CRM on the account


PORT FORWARDING
