Alarm System Programming


  1. Power on the panel
  2. Click on the 2GIG icon on the bottom right corner
  3. Program All Zone Numbers for the sensors you have.
  1. Q1: Select RF Sensor - enter zone number you want to program)
  2. Select RF sensor 1 type (01 for doors/windows; 10 for motions; 03 for glassbreaks)
  3. Select RF sensor 1equipment code (select right arrow to get to correct part)
  4. Enter RF sensor 1 serial number (7 digits) (either enter 7 digits or press SHIFT LEARN and learn in the sensor with either a magnet for doors, or by tampering the sensor)
  5. Select RF sensor 1 equipment age (0 to 1) (leave it as new for new equipment)
  6. Select RF sensor 1 loop number (1 to 3) (1= motions, glassbreaks, panic buttons, door contacts with a wire attached. 2 = door contacts with just a magnet.)
  7. Select RF sensor 1 dialer delay (0 to 1) (change to 0 except in Texas)
  8. Select RF sensor 1 voice descriptor. (press insert and a 3 digit number that represents the word you want.  Insert for the next word until finished)
  9. Select RF sensor 1 reports (0 to 1) leave as 1
  10. Select RF sensor 1 supervised (0 to 1) leave as 1
  11. Select RF sensor 1 chime (00 to 13) leave as 00 unless customer wants chime on their door or window
  12. Summary screen. Move onto “next zone” or panel programming if finished


Program all sensors before doing panel programming


  1. Enter the installer code: 1561
  2. Press System Configuration
  3. “Go to” 05: Exit Delay. Change to 120
  4. “Go to” 06: Entry Delay. Change to 90
  5. “Go to” 16: Police Emergency Key. DISABLED
  6. “Go to” 17: Fire Emergency Key. DISABLED
  7. “Go to” 18: Emergency Key. DISABLED
  8. “Go to” 19: Quick Arming. DISABLED
  9. “Go to” 26: Auto Stay. DISABLED
  10. “Go to” 43: Installer Code. 2077
  11. “Go to” 94: Broadband Network Failure Causes Trouble. DISABLED
  12. “Go to” 95: Broadband Network Failure Reports. DISABLED
  13. Press “end”
  14. Press “exit” (with the “save changes” box checked)
  15. If you dont exit properly it will not save changes
